We are here to guide you with your account setup through a Live Demo with one of our Team Members. Or if you are eager to get started, the below step-by-step guide will walk you through setting up your account, training your staff, and invoicing your clients. Section A: Getting Set Up
STEP A1: Add your property managers: Adding Property Managers
- Adding your property manager will create their account and app login. They will receive a Welcome Email with a temporary password.
- Please have your property manager contact us at help@resortcleaning.com if they have account questions or need help setting up their integration.
STEP A2: After your property managers are added, you are ready to add the properties for each one: Adding New Properties, Upload Properties via Excel File
- If a Property Manager already has a ResortCleaning account, they will assign their properties to you.
Step A3: Setup any additional services for a property if needed: Setup Services, Add Services to a Property
STEP A4: Add your Staff: Adding Housekeeper, Adding Housekeeping Groups, Adding Supervisors
STEP A5: Have your housekeepers and rest of your team download the app: Android & Apple. Here's how they can use the app (housekeepers, inspectors, supervisors).
STEP A6 (Optional): Add your payment methods: Adding Stripe, Adding Tilled
STEP A7 (Optional): Add your Photos and Notes to your properties. If you would like these automatically shared with your PMs, be sure to turn on AutoShare.
STEP A8 (Optional): Add your Service Checklists and Inspection Checklists.

Section B: Daily Routine
STEP B1: Confirm your appointments: Confirm
- Begin confirming appointments now if a property manager has invited you to ResortCleaning and has already assigned properties to your account.
- This step will be repeated every time the integration brings in new bookings into your calendar.
STEP B2: Manually schedule any last minute appointments: Manually Schedule Appointments.
STEP B3: Assign your staff to appointments: Assign.
STEP B4: Make sure your team is checking in, checking out, and marking the units complete. Monitor their progress daily on the Status Center.
