How do I add a Property Manager?
There are 2 options for adding a Property Manager
Option 1: If a Property Manager already has a ResortCleaning account. Be sure to ask them if they have ever worked with a cleaning company that used ResortCleaning. If so, they most likely already have an account in place. To connect with a Property Manager:
Go to Property Managers and choose Add New Clients
If they are already using ResortCleaning, choose to Connect with a Property Manager, enter their email address, select the region and area for the property manager, and press the Save button at the bottom. If you are not using Regions and Area then select Default Region.
This will connect your accounts and they will then need to assign the property(s) to you
If they have an account but they are not sure of the email, contact ResortCleaning Support and we can make the connection for you
Option 2: If a Property Manager does not have a ResortCleaning account
Go to Property Managers and choose Add New Clients
- Enter Company Information (If they do not have a company name, enter the primary contact's name. If the property has a certain name that can be entered when you add the property. (Example: Saweefa's Feet Retreat)
- Enter Primary Contact Name and User Name
- Enter Email Address and they will receive a welcome email with their login information
- Select the region and area for the property manager. If you are not using Regions and Area then select Default Region.
- Press the Save button at the bottom.
