How do I add / edit services for a property?
Each property is set up with one service designated as the Default Service. This is typically set for Departure Clean and just means when an appointment is scheduled for that property, the default service will be displayed automatically but a different service can always be selected.
Go to Properties and choose Price Config.
Click on Expand All on the right in the blue box. Then choose then select the + to the right of the property to add an additional service to the property.
- Select the Service from the drop-down
- Enter the Price
- Enter Housekeeper Cost (What you pay your Housekeeper per property)
- You can set a default, Inspector. This just means that Inspector will be scheduled automatically but another inspector can be selected at any time if needed
- You can set Inspector Cost (What you pay your Inspector per property)
- Add your service-specific inspection template for the inspector to complete
- Add your Service Checklist for the Housekeeper to Complete.
- Click on the + to add more Services
