How do I setup my Stripe account?
Go to Billing and choose Stripe - Setup
- Click on the blue Connect With Stripe button
- You will be redirected to enter your information
- If you already have an account, log in when prompted
- The Stripe integration will automatically link up to ResortCleaning
- If you do not have an account, follow the steps provided by the Stripe connect Wizard
- Once done, your Stripe account will automatically be connected with ResortCleaning. You can check the status of your Stripe account by logging in to Stripe
- The time of receiving a payment with Stripe is whatever Stripe's terms are on your account with Stripe.
Now that your Stripe account is connected, you will need to enable Stripe as a payment method for your property managers.
1. Go to Property Managers and select the pencil icon to the right of the property manager and view/edit
2. Select Stripe as a payment method.
3. *Optional*- Enable Autopay and send Autopay setup request.
4. Select the blue Save button.
5. You can also navigate to Property Managers and Assign Collection Method to update the collection method for each Property Manager.
