Auto Share Notes & Photos (Cleaning Company)

The Auto Share feature for notes and photos allows cleaning companies to input notes and/or photos to appointments and have those automatically shared with the associated property manager. If this feature is not enabled, a supervisor will need to manually share each photo or note with the PM. 

Enabling the Auto Share Feature

• Navigate to Settings, My Account.
• On the Personal Information tab, in the top right, you will see a section labeled Auto Share Notes and Photos. 

• Select update.

Configuring Individual Properties for Auto Share

To make changes to the Auto Share feature for individual properties:

• Setup to Properties Config.
• You will see a page that looks like this:

• Depending on which setting you chose, the check boxes in the Enable Auto Share column will either be selected or not.
• You can turn this feature ON/OFF per property by clicking the check box associated with that property and then clicking the green UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.
