The Post Service Report feature allows you to automatically send a report to your Property Managers and Owners with the completed Service Checklist and Inspection information after each completed appointment. Please reach out to our help desk at help@resortcleaning.com to enable the Post Clean Report.
Once it is enabled in your account, go to My Account and Post Service Report Settings to enable what you would like your Property Managers and Owners to receive on the report. If you are not using inspections or service checklists on your services, then the report will not generate, but you can configure the report to include other information with the completed Service Checklists and/or completed inspections.
From there, toggle on what completed appointment data you would like to populate onto the post service report. Select Update once you can have your selections and can update it later if you want to add or remove some of the info on the report.
The last step is to configure which Property Managers and Owners you would like to enable to receive the Post Service Report. Go to Property Managers and View.
Then open the property manager/owner that you want to enable to send the report to and toggle on Send Post Service Report Upon Completion before selecting the blue Save button.
Once the appointment is complete, the property manager/owner will receive an email with a link to the report as long as they have email notifications turned on in their account.
Cleaning teams can also view a copy of the report on the appointment info pop-up by selecting the 3 dots on the appointment and then selecting Preview Post Service Report (public).
