Property Managers can now search for local cleaners and send job requests instantly for any ResortCleaning users who are enrolled in the Cleaner Directory.
To set up your Profile, go to My Account and Profile.

Profile Images
- ✓ Upload a rectangular banner photo for the best visual impact
- ✓ Choose a square or circular profile picture that represents
- ✓ Use high-quality, professional images
- ✓ Ensure images are well-lit and properly focused
Content Rules
- ✓ Do not include phone numbers and email addresses
- ✓ Keep information clear, concise, and professional
- ✓ Regularly update your profile to maintain accuracy
- ✓ Avoid using all caps or excessive punctuation

About Us
Write a compelling company description highlighting your expertise and values. Share your company's story, including when you were established and what makes your service unique. Mention any relevant certifications, awards, or special qualifications that set you apart from competitors. Remember to highlight your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Services
List all services you provide with clear descriptions of each offering. Be specific about what each service includes and any special equipment or techniques you use. Mention if you offer any unique or specialized services that differentiate you from other providers. Consider including information about your service guarantees and quality standards.
Service Areas
Specify the geographical regions where you operate and provide services. Include major cities, suburbs, and specific neighborhoods you serve. Mention if you have multiple service locations or if you're willing to travel to certain areas. Be clear about any location-specific requirements or restrictions.
After filling out the Profile Details, select Step 2: Coverage Areas.
The page will autopopulate Zip Codes from properties in your account for you to select and save to your coverage area.
After you save the zip codes that were already in your account, you can add new zip codes as well if needed.
Once everything is filled out then it will go to the Customer Success Team to confirm all is filled out and approve or send back with Fields that need data added. Once approved then owners and Property managers with ResortCleaning accounts can search for cleaners by zip code and request a quote from your team.
Quotes will appear in the Quote Requests tab of your ResortCleaning account to view pending and accepted Quotes.
