How to Auto Share Subtasks to your Property Managers

If you are using the subtasks feature and would like to auto share the subtasks with your property managers to approve or disapprove the subtasks please follow the below steps:

1. Go to My Account at the top right.

2. Scroll to the bottom to toggle on Autoshare Subtask at the bottom left of the my account page.

3. Select the blue Update button at the bottom right. 

4. After you select Update, a popout box will appear to enable Autoshare for all property managers or only for some property managers of your choosing. 

5. If only configuring for certain property managers, go to property managers and property manager config to enable which property managers you would like to autoshare subtasks. Also, you'll need to go to this page to enable Autoshare Subtasks for any new property managers you add to your account. 

Note: If AutoShare Subtasks is on, and subtasks reported by your team in the field will be automatically sent to your property managers. You can also choose to leave Autoshare Subtasks off if you would like to edit and review the Subtasks reported by your Team before sending to your property managers to review.
