Accept/Reject Appointments Feature
The Accept/Reject Appointments feature allows your housekeepers to accept or reject the appointments that you assigned to their housekeeper profile for future dates. The housekeepers will not be able to accept/reject the appointment the day it is scheduled but only future appointments.
To Enable the Accept/Reject Appointments feature, go to My Account and Additional Features.
Scroll to the bottom and toggle on Accept Appointments before selecting the blue Update button.
Make your assignments as normal and the below will walk you through how to view the accepted and rejected appointments on your Assign Staff Page.
