User Roles:

• Admin Access
• Supervisor
• Housekeeper

Admin Access

• ResortCleaning Self Starter App

This “Self-Starter” app view gives you the most basic functions of the system in a super simple format to allow you to confirm and complete your appointments.

• Download the app. Mobile Applications: Android & Apple    
• Login to your app with your Email / Password

ResortCleaning access through your web browser. 

This is the main login for your RC Account through your web browser.  You can login from your Desktop / Laptop, iPad, or Phone.   From this login, you have full access to all the features available through ResortCleaning.

• To login through the web browser, go to https://dashboard.resortcleaning.com/login 
• Login with your Email / Password

Supervisor Access

A Supervisor is someone that you want to have access to your account.  When adding a supervisor, you will set them up with an Email and Password and set their “Access Rights” to determine what parts of the system they can view.  If you want, you can grant full access so they can see everything you can see.  A Supervisor can login through the web browser from a Desktop / Laptop, iPad, or Phone.

• To login through the web browser, go to www.dashboard.resortcleaning.com
• Login with their Email / Password

A Supervisor can also login to the ResortCleaning App to see a working view while they are in the field.    

• Download the app. Mobile Applications: Android & Apple    
• Login with email or username and password created on the staff management page.
• Using the Supervisor App

Additional User Roles:

• Housekeeper
• Inspector    
• House Attendant                      
• Common Area Attendant 

These users ONLY have access through the RC App and can only see tasks that have been assigned specifically to them.  When you add them, you will create a username and password for the user that they will use to login to their App.  You must provide them with their username and create their password on your “Staff Management” page.

 Instruct them to:

• Download the app. Mobile Applications: Android & Apple    
• Login with App ID / App PIN
