Your team members may have multiple roles, acting as Supervisors, Housekeepers, Inspectors, and House Attendants. You can give a user multiple roles in the system and they will only need a single login.
Click on STAFF and View
To assign a User Type to an existing login:
- Click the Pencil Icon drop down
- Choose View/Edit
- Click the check mark boxes that apply to the user
- Select the blue Save button once the changes have been made.
- They will be able to log in using the assigned Username or email address (if added) and the password created for their login.
- If you added a supervisor access role, please do not forget to configure their access for their supervisor role.
Note: If you are only assigning user access to the Housekeeper, Inspector, and House Attendant functions, you will not need an email address. However, all Supervisor roles require an email address.
