Our single-user sign-on functionality allows you to sign in once and have access to all roles that have been assigned to you.
The user could have access up to four roles. This access is set up on your Staff. The user can click on any of the roles and see what tasks are assigned to them for that day. Remember that the user will only see the assignments that are assigned to them.
The user can also click/tap the ROLE icon in the top right corner and the roles will show the available app roles at the bottom popout for Select Access Role. Each role is indicated by the initials: HA (House Attendant), HK (Housekeeper), IN (Inspector), and SV (Supervisor).
Select the role to access the appointments assigned to you as a Inspector, House Attendant, Housekeeper, or if a supervisor can select the supervisor role to view your Team's status.
