How do I activate an Inactive User?
Click on Staff and View
- On the Status drop-down menu choose Inactive
- You can also filter the search criteria to include name, email, or user type.

Select the blue Search button
- Find the user you want to activate and click the Pencil Icon drop-down
- Click Activate
- The staff member will now show in your active staff member list and can reset their password if needed.
