Please reach out to help@resortcleaning.com to enable the Geolocation feature on your account. The Geolocation feature will show you the location where the team member checked in and out of the appointment.
Once the feature is enabled, you can go to the appointment info popout from the dashboard, view appointments page, status center, or the assign staff page to access the Geolocation tab. The team member's location when they check in and check out of the internal-only appointment will show on the map with the red icon and the property address listed on the property in ResortCleaning will be in green.
This is for property managers who have internal team members completing appointments and not for external cleaning teams completing appointments.
*Disclaimer...The location is based on Google Maps and may not be the exact location especially if in a large building with many units but will be able to confirm the area they were in when checking into the appointment. This is for the team member role only and looking to expand it in the future.
