Unit Status View Setup
Please reach out to help@resortcleaning.com to enable Unit Status View for your ResortCleaning account.
Once it is live, you can access Unit Status View on the left side menu. We suggest using the Unit Status View on your computer instead of a Mobile browser for a better user experience.
Unit Status View Filters
The page will pull up all properties but can filter your search by the property manager, by the property, or by regions/areas.
Under the Today Filter by Occupancy of Vacant and Occupied to find breaks in Guest Stays if looking to schedule appointments and work orders in between guests. Or can filter it by Ready or Not Ready status for cleaning, inspections, work orders, or Subtasks before selecting the blue Search button.
Navigating the Unit Status View
The Unit Status View will default to this week and today's date will be highlighted. You can toggle the weeks to see previous and future weeks.
The red number box for the date is how many appointments are scheduled for the day. Select it to view all appointments scheduled for the day in the same-day view as the Dashboard.
The number in the black box for a property is how many non-date calculated services that are scheduled for the property that day.
Turnarounds or back-to-backs will be marked with the TA arrows between the guest departure and guest arrival.
Icons and Status
If a unit is showing as occupied by a guest based on an appointment in your account, then the occupancy icon will be highlighted in Red. Or the Occupancy icon will be Green if unoccupied.
The icon status is based on today's date. If a cleaning is not complete then it will be in Red for Not Ready or Green for Ready for the next guest.
The inspection status can also be filtered to show if the inspection is completed by the Red inspection icon for not ready or the Green icon for ready and complete. If you are not using or completing inspections with your internal team in your account or for that property then the inspection icon will be Gray.
If you are using and completing internal work orders or using subtasks in your account with your staff, you can see if there are any open work orders or subtasks on a property by the work order and subtask status indicator. If you are not using work order orders or subtasks in your account with your internal staff then the icon will be in Gray.
Scheduling Appointments from Unit Status View
Select the Gray plus for a property on a particular date to manually schedule an appointment if needed instead of having to go back to the Appointments and Schedule section.
