You can now reverse work orders back from the completed status to the pending status if one of your internal maintenance work orders was completed by mistake. To enable the feature, go to My Account, Additional Features, then scroll down to toggle on Reset Work Order Status, and select the Blue Update button.
Next, navigate to the internal maintenance work order that needs to be reset from complete to pending status and open the work order. You can open it from the dashboard, Status Center, or the work order and view page. Select Reset Work Order in the top right and then select the Blue Update button at the bottom right. The team member will now be able to complete the pending work order when ready.
