Reset Appointment Status
The Reset Appointment Status feature allows you to reset an appointment that was started or completed back to the confirmed status.
To enable the Reset Appointment Status feature, go to My Account and Additional Features.
Scroll to the bottom and toggle on Reset Appointment Status before selecting the blue Update button.
You can then open an appointment from the dashboard, view appointments, or the status center by selecting the property name on the appointment. From there, select Reset and Update. The appointment will then be back to confirmed status to allow your team to check into the appointment.
