To enable this feature, please go to:
1. Your profile at the top right, select My Account, and Additional Features.
2. Next toggle on Inspections.
3. Select the Blue Update button at the bottom.
How do I add an Inspection Template?
Click on Setup and Inspections Templates

From here you can upload a template or manually build one in ResortCleaning.
- If you selected Upload Template, you will then be prompted to upload your template. We have provided a sample template that you can download to get yours in the right format.
- Once you add your template, you need to give it a title and apply it to your regions/areas.
- The Template Type will need to be on Appointment Type to be able to schedule to an appointment.
- Click SAVE. Your template is now ready to be applied to your properties.
How do I add an Inspection Template to a Property?
Go to the Properties and Price Config
- Select the property to add the inspection to that particular property and service.
- If you want your internal inspectors to use the template, then select the dropdown under the PM Inspection to find and select the template.
- If you want your Cleaning Team to use the template, then select the dropdown under the CL Inspection to find and select the template. ***Your Cleaners will need to be using the inspection functions in their ResortCleaning account if shared.
How do I add an Inspector?
Click on Staff and View
- Click on Add Staff
- Click the check box for Inspector
- Enter the Inspector’s name
- Create a User Name for the Housekeeper to use in the app
- Enter Contact information for your records if needed.
- On the App Future Days drop-down choose how far in advance each Inspector can see their schedule on their app. Remember that the Inspector will only see the appointments that are assigned to them
- Select the Region/Area you want the housekeeper to be a part of. If no additional Regions have been added, choose “Default Region".
- Select the Blue Save button at the bottom
Next, you will need to create a password for your Inspector by selecting the pencil icon to the right of their name and then Change Password.
