Property Manager Getting Started Guide

Welcome to ResortCleaning!  We are excited you chose ResortCleaning to help manage your housekeeping schedule! We are here to guide you with your account setup through a Live Demo with one of our Team Members. If you are eager to get started, the below step-by-step guide will walk you through setting up your account, adding your cleaning company, and navigating your app. Please contact us at [e-mail] if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a demo.

Step 1: Add your Cleaning Company: Add a Cleaning Company

• This will create your Cleaning Company's account if they are not currently using ResortCleaning. 
• If your cleaning company is new to ResortCleaning, please let us know and we will help onboard them for you. 

Step 2: Add your Property: Add a Property

• Here you will add in all your property details for your cleaning company to see every time they service your property.
• If you have multiple properties and want to at them at once, please fill out and upload the Excel file under Upload Properties Feature on the top right of the Properties page or reach out to [e-mail] for help uploading multiple properties.

If your Cleaning Company invited you to ResortCleaning, please skip to Step 3 since you are already connected to their account.

Step 3: After you add in your main property details, you have the option to add in property notes and photos that will be seen on every cleaning appointment: Adding Property Notes, Adding Property Photos

• Property details, notes, and photos can be added or edited at anytime

Step 4: Now that your setup is complete, you have a couple of options available for scheduling your housekeeping appointments: Automated Scheduling, Manually Schedule Appointments

• Please contact us at [e-mail] if you have any questions or need any help setting up your integration. 
• Integrations are updated every few hours and your bookings will begin to pull in once the integration updates.
