How do I assign an Inspector from my Property Manager account?
You will be able to assign an inspector to check behind your cleaning staff if you have Inspections turned on in your account and you have an inspection template loaded for the specific property you would like inspected.
1. From the View Appointments page, enter the date range for the appointments you want to see and click the blue Search button.
2. For the appointment you want to add an inspection to, click on the inspection icon. The icon will change from gray to orange when the inspection has been scheduled.
3. Next, click on the property name to pull up the Appointment Info box. From here you can select the desired Inspector from the dropdown.
There are other places to schedule an inspector including clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the appointment in View Appointments, or from the Inspections tab.
