User Roles:

Admin Access
- Main Admin Login through the Web Browser
ResortCleaning access through your web browser.
This is the main login for your RC Account through your web browser. You can login from your Desktop / Laptop, iPad, or Phone. From this login, you have full access to all the features available through ResortCleaning.
- To login through the web browser, go to www.resortcleaning.com and select login
- Login with your Email / Password
Supervisor Access
- Supervisor Login through the Web Browser
A Supervisor is someone that you want to have access to your account. When adding a supervisor, you will set them up with an Email and Password and set their “Access Rights” to determine what parts of the system they can view. If you want, you can grant full access so they can see everything you can see. A Supervisor can login through the web browser from a Desktop / Laptop, iPad, or Phone.
- To login through the web browser, go to www.resortcleaning.com and select login
- Login with your Email / Password
Additional User roles:
- Inspector
- Team Member
These users ONLY have access through the RC App and can only see tasks that have been assigned specifically to them. They will use the username created on their profile or their email address (if added) to login to the app. You can create their password or if email was entered then they can create their own password.
Instruct them to:
- Download the app. Mobile Applications: Android& Apple
- Login with username/email and password created.
