How do I create a Work Order?
Go to Work Orders and choose Create Work Order
- Select Property from the drop down
- Select Service Date
- Click on Make Recurring if you would like the work order to recur on a specific schedule
- Select Staff from the drop down
- Add Item from the drop down (Inventory Items are the items that you created in your Setup)
- Add Description to further explain the work to be done
- Add Quantity
- Click the blue Save Work Order button
To add a one-time task you do not have set up as an inventory item, use the ADD NON-INVENTORY ITEMS area to add the relevant information manually.
Choose the + if any additional items need to be added.
Click the blue Save Work Order button
