Enabling the House Attendant/Service Request Function

1. Go to your profile at the top right
2. Click My Account
3. Select Additional Features
4. On House Attendant
5. Click the Toggle button to turn this feature on
6. Click the blue Update button
7. This will create your Service Requests section under Appointments
8. Add House Attendants on Staff and View page.
9. Begin assigning service requests or teach your housekeepers to request items through the HA icon on their devices. Assigning Service Requests
10. You'll see that you can add a cost for the HA services in each service request or you can configure it under your Properties and Price Config page 

 

 

 

Note: You can build out a specific task structure for your housemen for specific services. For example, I wanted my housemen to do 3-4 different things for each departure clean. Add the task items as Support Tasks under Setup and Support Tasks.

 

Then enable those Support Tasks in my Services by going to Setup, Services, and View. See the screenshot below for one added to a Departure Clean service.
