When I try to schedule an appointment, I get a pop up message that says “The dates conflict with another appointment.” How do I find the appointment causing this?
Click on Appointments and choose View
- It will display the Appointments for the current day
- Expand your Date Range to view future appointments
- Select your Property from the drop down so you can view a custom report for this specific property (skip this step if you only have one property)
- Click the blue Search button
- This generates a custom report for all upcoming appointments
- Find dates that are causing the conflict
- To cancel the appointment click the Pencil icon dropdown
- Click Cancel Appointment
- To reschedule the appointment click the Pencil Icon drop down
- Click Edit Appointment
- Put in the Arrival and Service Date (Service is the same as the Departure Date)
- Click the back button
