How do I add a Supervisor?
Click on Staff, View, and Add Staff at the top right
- Click the check box for Supervisor
- Create a User Name for the Supervisor to use in the app or they can use their email address
- Enter Contact information for your records if needed.
- Select the Time Zone the Supervisor works in.
- On the App Future Days drop-down choose how far in advance each Supervisor can see their schedule on their app. Remember that the Supervisor will only see the appointments that are assigned to them
- Select the Region/Area you want the Supervisor to be a part of. If no additional Regions have been added, choose “Default Region".
- Select if you want to Display Cost and Display Price to the Supervisor
- Click Access Configuration
- Select the check mark boxes next to the access level they should have in their Supervisor login.

Select the Blue Save button at the bottom.
Next, you will need to create a password for your Housekeeper by selecting the pencil icon to the right of their name and then Change Password.
Create their Password according to the password parameters and select Save at the bottom. You will then need to provide your housekeeper with the User name and password to log into the app.
