How to create callbacks from Inspections
Inspectors can request a callback from the app on the appointment they are assigned to inspect. Instead of completing the inspection, the inspector will select Request Callback.
The callback request will move to the website login for the account admin or supervisor to assign the callback to be completed by the housekeeper. You can see the callback on the first icon at the top notification bar.
Callbacks can also be viewed and assigned from Inspections and View. Callbacks will come up at the top of the inspections page.
Select the pencil icon to the right of the callback and Assign Recall.
From the assign Housekeeper Callback popout, you can change the payroll cost to the original assigned housekeeper if needed and assign the callback to the original housekeeper or to a new housekeeper to complete the callback appointment.
If assigned to a new housekeeper, you can select a payroll cost for the new housekeeper to complete the callback.
Next, select the blue Assign Callback button at the bottom.
Once assigned, the Housekeeper will see the Callback in the App and will check in and out of the appointment.
Once the housekeeper completes the assigned callback, the appointment will move to the inspector to re-inspect the property.
On the Status Center, you will be able to see the check-in and check-out times of the original appointment and the callback assignment.
