How do I contact Customer Support?

There are two ways to contact our Customer Success Team to turn in a Customer Support Ticket:

1.  If you are logged in to your account, click the HELP button located in the bottom right corner of your screen and fill out the brief form with the details of the issue.

2. You can also send an email to [e-mail].  If you are emailing from a different email address than the one you use for login,  be sure to include your company name so we can look up your account. 

Either way, if you choose to contact us, please provide as much detail as possible and our team will gladly help you get it resolved.
