Starting March 1, 2025, ResortCleaning will require a payment method with autopay enabled to be stored on file. Invoices will be automatically drafted at the beginning of each month.
To Setup Autopay, go to Profile in the upper right corner and select RC Billing Settings.
Choose either ACH or Credit Card.
Enter either your ACH Banking information or your Credit Card information and be sure to check the box for Autopay Agreement at the bottom of the page.
Enabling Autopay will automatically pay your monthly ResortCleaning Invoice 72 hours after your invoice has been created.
If you have an issue with your invoice or need to dispute the balance, please contact help@resortcleaning.com during that 72 hour period.
“Invoice payment is due by the last day of the month. Please be advised there is a $5 Fee added on late invoices.”
