Setting up the OwnerRez Integration
First, your properties must be added to your ResortCleaning account before you are able to link your property in ResortCleaning to your proeprty listing in OwnerRez.
- Add your Property/Properties manually or use our Upload tool.
Once your properties are added and assigned to your cleaning team then you are ready to set up your integration with OwnerRez.

On the left-hand menu, scroll down to SETUP (the wrench icon):
2. Click on INTEGRATIONS and then scroll down to OwnerRez:
3. Click on Connect to OwnerRez.
- Click Allow Blocks if you want the system to schedule cleaning events for all owner blocks
- Click Allow Notes if you want reservation notes to populate on the cleaning appointments.
- You don’t have to click these checkboxes right when you set up the integration. You can come back and add them later.
4. This will open an authorization window where you will click AUTHORIZE RESORTCLEANING.
5. After this, within ResortCleaning, you will need to associate each RC property with the corresponding property in OwnerRez. Once you’ve completed this step, the system will start scheduling your cleaning appointments within the next 2-3 hours.
