How do I add a Property?
Click on Properties, View, and choose Add Properties (Top right)
- Enter Property Name (Required Field)
- Enter Time Zone (Required Field)
- Enter Region (Required Field. Choose Default Region if you haven’t added any other Regions)
- Add any other information provided in the Property
- Click the blue Save button
Once the property is added, follow these steps to assign the property to your cleaning company. You will not be able to schedule appointments manually or through the integration unless a cleaner is assigned to your property.
Assign a Cleaner to your Property

To assign a cleaner to your property, go to Properties and View
- Check mark the box to the Property/Properties
- Choose the Cleaner in the drop-down menu to the right (above the property list)
- Click the Blue Assign button
If you have a large list of properties, contact ResortCleaning support. We can assist you in uploading your properties all at once rather than adding them individually.
