How do I Assign/Un-assign properties to my Cleaning Company?
To assign a cleaner to your property, go to Properties and View
- Check mark the box to the Property/Properties
- Choose the Cleaner in the drop-down menu to the right (above the property list)
- Click the Blue Assign button
To unassign a cleaner, go to Properties and View.
- Check mark the box to the Property/Properties
- Choose the Cleaner in the drop-down menu to the right (above the property list)
- Click the Blue unassign button
If you Un-assign a property from a Cleaning Company, this automatically cancels the appointments scheduled with that Cleaning Company. The appointments will pull back in again on the next integration update to the new cleaner that has been assigned.
