Go to Billing and choose Create Invoices
To create a single Invoice, follow these steps:
- Enter the Date Range
- Select the Property Manager from the drop-down
- Click the blue Search button
- Click the blue Generate Invoice button
- Only appointments in the Completed status can be invoiced.
- Un-check the box to the left of the appointment to exclude it from the invoice.
- You can add multiple line item adjustments and notes for each by clicking the (+).
- You can also add an invoice note to display on the invoice if needed.
TIME SAVER: Create an Invoice for all Property Managers at once.
- Enter the Date Range (Leave the Property Manager field blank)
- Click the blue Search button
- Click the blue Generate Invoice button
