ReservationKey Integration

Getting Set up

You will need to be logged into your ReservationKey account to set this integration up.

Step 1 - Enable

Go to Settings->External Connections

Here Enable API access, select ResortCleaning from the dropdown, and click Continue.

Step 2 - Mapping

In ReservationKey, you can map your Statuses to certain behaviors in Resortcleaning.

STATUS: CONFIRMED
Action: Automatically Schedule appointments. When an appointment is created in ReservationKey with this status, it will automatically get booked in ResortCleaning.

STATUS: BLOCKED
Action: Notification sent to you via email, alerting you that there is an appointment to schedule. These appointments got to the RC Auto Scheduler page and have to be accepted before being scheduled with your cleaner. These are not automatically scheduled. This is helpful for preventing automated cleanings from being scheduled for things like "Owner Stays" and "Maintenance Blocks".

STATUS: CANCELED
Action: Cancels automatically scheduled appointments.

Step 3 - Copy & Paste

Copy the iCal links from RezKey and paste them into their related property on the left.
