Escapia Integration (for Property Managers)

To connect Escapia to ResortCleaning:

Step 1. Contact HomeAway to request ResortCleaning be enabled in your HSAPI Network.

Contact [e-mail] with the following message:
Subject - Enable ResortCleaning in HSAPI
Message - Please Enable ResortCleaning in our partner picker

Once HomeAway support replies back, continue to Step 2

Step 2. Configure Escapia

Navigate in [Escapia] to Admin-Setup-EscapiaNET-Network Partners, click on ResortCleaning Inc., and distribute your units.

Step 3.  Navigate in [Escapia] to Admin - Setup - Vrbo Software Partner, enable ResortCleaning Inc., and grant the following permission: SearchReservationSummaries

Step 4. Locate your Property IDs

Next, you will need your Escapia Property Id's. In [Escapia] go to Units - Reports - Property ID List.

Step 5. Configure ResortCleaning.com

In your ResortCleaning account, go to Integrations - Escapia.  Enter your Escapia User ID and click SAVE.

You will be redirected to your Escapia Property ID page. Enter the Escapia ID for each property and click the green UPDATE button at the bottom to save.
