To Connect V12 to ResortCleaning you have 2 options:
- Distribute All properties to ResortCleaning
- Distribute a fraction of your properties to ResortCleaning.
Step 1. Contact HomeAway to request ResortCleaning be enabled in ISILink.
Contact kbasey@expediagroup.com with the following message:
Subject - Enable ResortCleaning in ISILink
Message - Please Enable ResortCleaning in our partner picker
Once HomeAway support replies back:
Continue to Step 2 if you are only distributing some of your properties.
If you are distributing ALL your properties to ResortCleaning, SKIP to STEP 3
Step 2. Distribute the desired properties to ResortCleaning.
Configure ISI link and distribute desired properties to ResortCleaning. It is best to continue working with the support person who reached out from HomeAway during this step. They will help you know where to go to configure this properly.
Step 3. Configure HSAPI.
1. Enable ResortCleaning in the Partner Picker.
2. Distribute Properties
3. Enable the "SearchReservationSummaries" Call
Step 4.
Contact ResortCleaning support at help@resortcleaning.com to let us know the setup is complete. We will enable your feed reader and let you know once everything is running.
