To connect RMS Cloud to ResortCleaning:
ResortCleaning Steps:
Go to Setup, Integrations, and then click RMS Cloud in the list of integrations.
Enter the Client ID and Client Password to start the integration.
Once the account credentials have been entered click Connect To RMS Cloud.
Click on CONFIGURE PROPERTIES. This will take you to the next page where you will map the properties loaded in ResortCleaning to the corresponding property, category, and Area in RMS Cloud.
Once that is done, the communication between the two systems will begin. We handle reservation data in the background and it will start to populate a little at a time, it could take a few hours to fully load in all the reservations, but once the initial setup is done, the changes will happen on their own.
From our system, if a user marks a unit as vacant
It will update the RMS status to 'Vacant Dirty'.
If there is no ResortCleaning inspection scheduled, then when the anchoring departure service is marked as complete, we will update the RMS status to 'Vacant Clean'
If there is a ResortCleaning inspection scheduled, then when the anchoring departure service is marked as complete, we will update the RMS status to 'Inspect'
If there is ResortCleaning inspection scheduled, then when the anchoring departure inspection has been marked as complete, we will update the RMS status to 'Vacant Clean'
